Ingredients:
2-4 Pitas (depending if you cut them down the middle or not and how many you want to make)
1/4 cup of Sauce for each pita pizza you make
2-3 tbsp of cashew cheese for each pita pizza you make
Any toppings of your choice - Veggies, vegan pepperoni, vegan chicken and pineapple ...
Some oregano and chili flakes (optional)
Procedures:
1) Cut the pita down the middle to separate to two parts (optional but recommended).
2) Add the sauce on top of the pita and spread well.
3) Add the cheese sauce on top of the sauce and spread well.
4) Add the topping of your choice (or none at all)
5) Put in the oven to bake and crisp up for 5-10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius
6) Let it cool a bit and enjoy!
