Vegan "Honey" Mustard Dressing


◗Ingredients:

3 tbsp mustard

3 tbsp tahini

3 dates soaked

1 tsp garlic powder (or 1-2 fresh garlic cloves)

½ - ¾ cup of water (1-2 tbsp for spread)


◗Procedures:

1) Remove the pit from the dates, add them to a bowl along with lukewarm water and let them soak for 20-30 minutes.

2) Add to a blender cup the mustard, tahini, the dates once they finished soaking, the garlic powder or fresh garlic cloves, and water. *Add the different amount of water depending on how runny or thick you want the dressing/spread to be.

3) Blend it all up until smooth. Transfer it to a storing container.

4) Enjoy on your salads, roasted veggies or spread on sandwiches.
