Tropical Smoothie

Ingredients: * 2-3 cups of spinach or any greens of your choice * 1 cup of berries(frozen or fresh) * ½ cup of mango (frozen or fresh) * ½ cup of banana (frozen or fresh) * 1 tbsp of flax seeds * ½ tbsp maca powder * ½ tbsp spirulina * 1-2 cup water or any liquid of your choice (the amount of liquid you add depends on how thick you want to make your smoothie)
Procedures: 1) Add all ingredients into a blender cup 2) Blend up and enjoy
