Taco Salad in under 10 minutes


Ingredients:

2 cups of greens (I use 1 cup lettuce 1 cup mixed baby greens)

½ cup black beans

½ cup corn

¼ of an avocado

½ cup of salsa

1 tomato (optional)

Juice of ½ lime

Procedures:

1. Start by chopping up your greens of choice, Dicing the tomato (if you choose to use it) and slicing the avocado.

2. Next prep the corn and black beans (I defrosted black beans I cooked from dry and froze using boiling water).

3. Finally, assemble the salad by adding everything into a large bowl, mixing it together and enjoy!
