◗Ingredients:
1 cup of Hemp Hearts (You can use cashews or sunflower seeds instead of all or half)
1/2 lemon/lime, juiced
1-3 garlic cloves, peeled (to taste)
1/2 tsp of salt
water (1/3 cup of dip or 1 cup for dressing)
◗Procedures:
1) Add all the ingredients into a high speed blender cup. If you are making the dip add in 1/3 cup of water. If you are making the dressing add in the full cup of water.
2) Blend everything together until smooth
3) Serve the dip with some veggies or crackers. Pour the dressing over the salad.
