Powerful Green Smoothie- Refreshing for Summer


Ingredients:

2-3 handfuls of powered greens

4-5 lettuce

2-3 inch of cucumber sliced

1/4-inch peeled ginger

1/8 of avocado

1 tbs spirulina

1/2 tbs maca powder

1 tbs flax seeds

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

1-2 celery sticks

Procedures:

1. Prepare all the ingredients

2. Add to blender all ingredients, add liquid of choice about halfway (you can add more or less depending on the consistency you like)

3. Blend and enjoy! (Optionally add ½ to 1 green or red apple for some sweetness)
