Oil Free Pizza


Ingredients: - For dough:        *2 cups flour of choice *  1 ½ tsp. active dry yeast *  ¼ cup lukewarm water *  ½ cup cold water * Pinch of salt - Toppings Pizza 1 * Olives * Corn Pizza 2 * Mushrooms * Zucchini * Peppers * Onion For Both Pizzas * Tomato sauce ½ * cup-soaked cashews (or if you prefer bought vegan shredded cheese) * 1 tbsp nutritional yeast Your choice of toppings


Procedures: For dough: ​1. Mix yeast with the lukewarm water in a large bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes 2. Stir in the cold water, salt, and ½ cup of the flour 3. Then keep adding the flour while stirring ½ a cup at a time 4. Then knead the dough well (about 10 minutes) 5. Divide into 2 and shape it into a balls 6. Let it rest and rise with a towel covering it for about an hour 7. Once ready, flatten the dough Toppings: Pizza 1 1. Slice up the mushrooms and zucchini 2. Dice the pepper and onion 3. Sautee the veggies in a pan with a bit of water until half way cooked Pizza 2 1. Slice up the mushrooms and zucchini 2. Dice the pepper and onion 3. Spread tomato sauce on top of pizza 2. Add the toppings 3. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
