Mushroom & Lentil Burgers


Ingredients: * 2 big onions   * 800 grams (28.2 OZ) of mushrooms * 3 cups cooked lentils *  1 cup walnuts  * 2 cups rolled oats (I prefer gluten free)  * 2 tablespoons flax meal  * handful of parsley * cumin, salt and peper to taste


Procedures: 1. Cut the onion to large chunks and sauté the onions 2. Cut the mushrooms into quarters and sauté the mushrooms 3. Put the Walnuts, Oats, Flax and Parsley into a food processor and blend it thinly and put to a bowl 4. Blend in the food processor the onion and mushroom and add to the bowl 5. Then blend the lentils and add to the bowl 6. Then add all the condiments into the bowl and mix it all together 7. Let the batter sit for 30 min 8. Create the batter into burgers 9. Put the burgers into a 375 degrees Fahrenheit oven for 22 minutes; then flip the burgers and put them back in the oven for 10 minutes
