Kelp Noodles


Ingredients: * Kelp noodles (as much as you would like to serve) 1/4-1/2 cup water (depending on the consistency you want) * Juice of 1 lemon * 1/2 tsp. Baking soda * 1 cup of diced tomato (fresh or caned) * 1 tbsp. Almond butter * 1 tbsp. Miso paste * 2 tbsp. Liquid aminos * Juice of 1 lemon *  2 pitted dates * 1/2 a can of coconut milk * 1/4-1/2 cup water (depending on the consistency you want)


Procedures: 1. Wash well the kelp noodles 2. In a bowl add the juice of 1 lemon with 1/2 a tsp of baking powder 3. Add into it the kelp noodles and massage the mixture into the noodles, let it sit for 10-20 min (depending on how soft you want them) 4. While they sit in the mixture we will prepare the stir fry, you can either cut up all your favorite veggies to stir fry or get a stir fry mix like I do from Costco 5. I let the veggies just cook with some water for 10-15 minutes 6. I also prepare the sauce meanwhile, for the sauce you will add in the tomatoes (exact measurements in description), almond butter, miso paste, liquid anions, lemon juice, dates, coconut milk, and water. Then bled it all up 7. Add the sauce to the stir fry veggies to cook together for another 5 minutes 8. By now the kelp noodles should be soft. Rinse them out well so you don’t have baking soda flavor 9. Add the sauce and veggies on top of the kelp noodles and enjoy!
