How to Make Thick & Creamy Nice Cream- How you can customize it


Ingredients:

5 medium ripe bananas

¼ cup cacao powder

¼ cup of coconut milk

½ tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup cacao nibs

¼ cup coconut flakes

Procedures:

1. Freeze your 5 medium ripe bananas, by peeling the, cutting them into 1-2-inch chunks and popping them in the freezer for a few hours or overnight.

2. To a blender add the cacao powder, vanilla powder/extract, coconut/plant-based milk and bananas and blend until smooth

3. Then add in the cacao nibs and coconut flakes and pulse 3-5 times for them to mix in put not get crushed

4. Serve directly into bowls add top with more cacao nibs and coconut flakes (more like a soft serve or frozen yogurt) or put into rectangle or square container to freeze for 6 hours or overnight and scoop (like normal ice cream) into a bowl and top with more cacao nibs and coconut flakes (best to take out of freezer 30 min-1 hour before serving)

* You can customize the flavor of your nice cream to fit your taste preferences best. For example, you can leave out the cacao powder to make vanilla nice cream, or add PB2 to make peanut butter ice cream. You can also make your add ins nuts, chocolate chips, dried fruit, or anything you desire. Be Creative!
