Easy Apple Cake Recipe


Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose gluten free flour

1/2 cup oat flour

1/4 cup arrowroot flour

1/4 cup rice flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/4 cup apple sauce

One apple shredded

1/3 cup plant-based milk

1/2 cup water

Procedures:

1. Add to a bowl the, all-purpose gluten free flour, oat flour, arrowroot flour, rice flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

2. In a separate larger bowl add the sugar, coconut oil and plant-based milk mix together; add in the vanilla extract and continue mixing

3. Then add the shredded apples and apple sauce next, mix together.

4. Then combine the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix together, adding the water in small parts as you mix until you get a smooth and uniform batter.

5. Once the batter is ready line your cake baking tray with some oil and pour in the batter; even it out by shaking it a bit and tapping it on the countertop.

6. Put the cake into the oven for 20 minutes, if necessary, add an additional 8-10 minutes. I baked mine for 28 minutes. To know when the cake is fully baked gently insert a fork into it and if it comes out clean then the cake is ready.

7. Let it cool for 20-30 minutes before flipping it onto a plate and serving it, ENJOY!
