Copy of Authentic Hummus- The Best in Hummus Town

◗Ingredients:
* 2 cups of cooked chickpeas
* 1/2 cup of tahini
* 1-2 cloves of garlic
* 1/2 tsp of cumin
* 1/4 tsp of salt
* Juice from 2 small lemons/lime or a big one
* About 1/2 cup of lukewarm water
◗Procedures:
1. Put the chickpeas and garlic in food processor for about 2 min.
2. Add the lemon juice, 1/2 cup of water, tahini, salt and cumin and process it well until it becomes a smooth paste (about 3-5 min)
3. Add the rest of the water gradually and process until it's dense but not too much (because after you let it sit it's become a bit more dense).
4. Transfer to a bowl, drizzle some olive oil, sprinkle some paprika and zaatar and if want some whole chickpeas for garnish😍
Enjoy dipping some carrots, cucumber, celery or what ever veggie you choose, you can also eat it inside a pita or with pita chips, or make a whole falafel middle eastern meal!
