Cooked RicePaper Rolls


Ingredients: * 3 small zucchini  * 2 medium carrots * 1 bell pepper  * 1/3-1/2 red cabbage  * 2-3 cups of beans   * Any seasoning of your choice, I used Cumin and Garlic Salt * 12-15 rice papers


Procedures: ​1. Start of by cutting all the vegetables into thin strips (Julienning) 2. Add to a hot pan a splash of water, and then add in the zucchini, carrots, and pepper and sauté with any seasoning of your choice; add water as needed to deglaze the pan 3. When the vegetables are half way cooked, add in the red cabbage and finish cooking the veggies 4. Add in to the vegetables the beans and mix everything together 5. take the rice paper, lightly wet it in a flat dish with water 6. Add the vegetables and beans to the center and fold the rice paper; repeat until you finish the filling and enjoy
