Chia Pudding



Ingredients: - Plain * 1/4 cup of chia seeds  *  1 cup of plant based milk of your choice (Homemade Almond Milk: https://youtu.be/DIFTvHTuMzU ) * 15-20 stevia drops  - Chocolate * 1/4 cup of chia seeds  *  1 cup of plant based milk of your choice (Homemade Almond Milk: https://youtu.be/DIFTvHTuMzU ) * 25-30 stevia drops * 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder - Toppings * Fruits * Coconut shreds * Cacao nibs Nuts * Seeds * Nut butters


Procedures: 1. Add to a mason jar the chia seeds, plant based milk and stevia (for the chocolate flavored pudding add the cacao powder and a bit more stevia ) 2. Container and shake it well to make sure the chia seeds don’t stick to the bottom 3. Leave it on the counter for about 30 minutes shaking it every 5-10 minutes 4. Put in the fridge overnight, or at least for 2-3 hours. 5. Take out of the fridge when firm and then time to serve 6. Add the topping of your choice either in a bowl or by layering it in a mason jar to go
