Beet Hummus

◗ Ingredients:
2 beets
1 onion
1/3 cup tahini
1 lemon
2-3 garlic cloves
Water by choice of consistency (1cup for dip or 2 cups for sauce)
◗ Procedures:
1. the beets and sauté onion
2. Into a blender cup add the boiled beets, sautéed onion, tahini, juice of 1 lemon, garlic, and the water depending on the consistency you would like.
3. Blend everything together until smooth. If you made a thicker consistency it is great to dip vegetables or to spread on bread and if you made it more of a sauce it tastes great on a salad or some cooked veggies.
