Anti-Inflammatory &Immune Boosting Tea recipe




Ingredients: * 1 inched of ginger root * 1 inches of turmeric root (or 1 tsp of turmeric powder)  *  Black pepper (about 1/4 tbsp)  * 2 cinnamon sticks (or a sprinkle of cinnamon powder)

Procedures:

1. Add water to a stovetop kettle or a sauce pan (about 8-10 cups, doesn’t need to be exact 2. Bring water to boil 3. Chop the ginger and turmeric into thin slices 4. Add all the ingredients and let it boil for 10 more minutes 5. Put in a thermos to sip through the day, If the flavor is too strong you can use it as a tea concentrate and serve the cup with 50% the tea and 50% boiling water.
