Almond Pulp Crackers


Ingredients: * Almond pulp (the amount left over from making almond milk from 1 cup of almonds) * 3 tbsp coconut oil * 1 tbsp ground flax seeds * ¼ teaspoon sea salt * 2 tbsp herbs (I like rosemary) *  1 minced garlic clove

Procedures: 1. Combine the almond pulp, oil, flax meal, salt, herbs and garlic in a large mixing bowl 2. If dough looks dry add a bit of water (1 tbsp at a time) 3. Once you have the desired consistency transfer the dough into a pre- lined baking sheet 4. Use a rolling pin (or you can use a cup if you don’t have a rolling pin) to roll out the dough very thinly (about 1/8th of an. Inch) 5. Us a knife or a pizza cutter to cut the crackers into the size you want 6. Bake crackers at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes, then flip them gently and cook for another 15 minutes until crispy and golden 7. Then let cool and keep in fridge for longer lasting.
