Alfredo & Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients: * 1 package of pasta of your choice * 1 head of cauliflower * 2 large or 3 medium onions * 1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast * 12 mushrooms * Salt & pepper to taste
Procedures: 1. Cut the cauliflower head into large chunks and steam it until soft 2. Meanwhile, thinly dice the onions and sauté in a pan using water and add water as needed to deglaze the pan 3. Add a blender cup the cauliflower and 1/3 of the onions as well as the nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. Blend it until smooth 4. Next thinly slice the mushrooms and sauté in a pan using water and add water as needed to deglaze the pan 5. Cook the pasta of your choice based on the instructions in the back 6. Assemble everything together, put pasta in bowl, pour as much sauce as you want and top it up with the mushrooms
