3 ingredients Stuffed Dates Energy Bites- Great Pre & Post Workout


Ingredients:

Dates

Nut/seed butter of choice

Cacao nibs

Style 2

Dates

Nut of choice

Procedures:

Style 1:

1. Start by slicing your date down the middle until you reach the pit and take the pit out

2. Fill the date by spreading the nut or seed butter of your choice inside of the date

3. Then partially close the date back up and even out the filling

4. Dip the date into the bowl with cacao nibs and enjoy

Style 2:

1. Slice your date down the middle until you reach the pit and take the pit out

2. Replace the pit with 2-3 almonds, or 1-2 walnuts or 1 brazil nut or any other nut of your choice and enjoy

Both:

You can make a large amount for the upcoming week or 2 and keep in the fridge for when you are on the go
