3 ingredients Mujaddara- A Medival Arab Dish// Put together in under 5 minutes



◗Ingredients:

* 2-3 large onions

* 6 cups of rice (How to cook PERFECT Brown Rice: https://youtu.be/pfftx_5HJ6Q)

*6 cups of lentils (Cooking legumes from dry: https://youtu.be/NH7MDzlFOUk)

* A bit of salt, pepper and cumin to your personal preference


◗Procedures:

1. Cook the rice and lentils (I have videos on how to do that. Rice: https://youtu.be/pfftx_5HJ6Q. Legumes:https://youtu.be/NH7MDzlFOUk )

2. Dice the onion and add to a pan with a splash of water, sauté and add water as needed to deglaze the pan

3. Add the spices into the pan and mix while continuing to sauté the onions until golden.

4. When the onions are golden add the rice in and mix with onions and then the lentils and mix it all together.

5. Then serve it and enjoy, I like to top it off with some tahini
