3 Ingredient Pancakes


Ingredients:

1 ripe banana

1 cup oats

1 cup plant-based milk (I use oat milk)

Procedures:

1) Add to a blender cup banana, oats, and plant-based milk and blend until smooth

2) Heat up pan and add a bit of oil

3) Pour the batter onto the pan, I pour it onto one point and then it spreads out into a circle

4) When the edges seem to be cooked through, it is time to flip, let the other side cook for 1-2 minutes and remove

5) Repeat with all your batter

6) When all your pancakes are ready, you can top them with any fruit and nuts of your choice as well as maple syrup, enjoy
